Some Anti-Virus scanners report that one or more of the many remote
administration tools are infected with a "remote admin" virus. None of the
DameWare software products contain viruses, but because remote administration
tools have been used by viruses, occasionally they trigger virus notifications.
Even some of Microsoft's tools are flagged by Anti-Virus software (for an example
see the following link:
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb897553.aspx).
The DameWare files most commonly flagged incorrectly are the MRC Client Agent
Service (DWRCS.EXE) as well as the associated System Tray icon (DWRCST.EXE).
The following article lists all the files associated with the MRC Client Agent
Service for the reference of DameWare users who may encounter this issue:

Manually Install or Remove the DMRC or DNTU Client Agent Services"
